Incorrect

func load(completion: @escaping (Result<User, Error>) -> Void) {
    guard let url = url else { return }

}

Correct

guard let url = url else { completion(.failure(AppError.badUrl)); return }

Fix

Call the completion on every exit path, or convert the function to async.
