Enabling ArchPilot on a project
ArchPilot leaves line-by-line architecture comments on every pull/merge request. To enable it:
1. Turn on the module
Section titled “1. Turn on the module”In your workspace, open Modules → ArchPilot. The module appears if it is enabled in your package.
2. Add the runner to CI
Section titled “2. Add the runner to CI”ArchPilot runs the analysis in your own CI pipeline. If you haven’t added it yet, follow Adding the runner to CI.
3. Choose the comment language
Section titled “3. Choose the comment language”Set the language per workspace under Settings → ArchPilot → Comment language (TR/EN). The technical part of the analyzer message stays in English; the rule description is written in the language you choose.
4. (Optional) Assigned bot account
Section titled “4. (Optional) Assigned bot account”By default, comments are posted from the integration user. If you want comments to appear from a separate “bot” account, enter that account’s token under Settings → ArchPilot → Bot account.
5. Configure rules
Section titled “5. Configure rules”Toggle rules on or off per project or per workspace. Rules you disable in the panel never reach the bot - they produce no false positives. For writing arch.yaml, see Writing architecture rules.
Manual review
Section titled “Manual review”To review a specific MR by hand, go to Projects → (project) → Manual review: access is verified first (“can I read it?”), then the review runs in your own CI pipeline.
