Async Suffix (ARCH8026)

Key kotlin.async.async-suffix · Severity info · Category async

Flags suspend functions named with an Async suffix - the suspend modifier already says it, and the suffix is a .NET habit.

Incorrect

suspend fun loadUserAsync(id: Int): User

Correct

suspend fun loadUser(id: Int): User

Fix

Drop the Async suffix; keep the suspend modifier.
