Incorrect

}

Correct

function row(a: string, b: string, c: string, d: string): string {
  return `<tr><td>${a}</td><td>${b}</td><td>${c}</td><td>${d}</td></tr>`;
}

Fix

Replace long concatenation chains with a template literal or join.
